I'm going to move this thread into the current events area, guys.

We've been following this story closely. My son goes to Duke and knows a couple of those guys who were charged. Their lives have been irrevocably changed because of those baseless charges, and yes, the DA's still pursuing lesser charges against the young men. A very troubling case--and a very troubling, overly aggressive DA considering that there is no real evidence. I know the university community wishes it would all just go away.
