there are plenty of programs that convert movie files, just go2 download.com and search .mov converter or something

here's a page of free editors,,,you can prob cut a couple frames to reduce the file size...

I like virtualdub mehself...

shrinkers will always reduce quality,cutting won't... you still have to convert to avi first as there are not to many good .mov tools around...
