What do these countries get in return? Until they receive a fare compromise why would they just stop? If the US would give a guarantee that sanctions would be lifted if they dismantle all nuclear sites then at least they would know it could be worth there while to actually stop. Why not offer Iran a deal to trade in there reactors for wind or solar power?
