If you are familiar with Chicago you will realize that Lake Shore Drive (LSD) is a main North/South thoroughfare for the city. The speed limit is 40mph, and people regularly drive 60-70mph when weather is good. Tonight was foggy as hell, and traffic was going about 45mph.
