Well lets see, I am considered a "terrorist" now if I look Arabic, or praise Allah, or say anything critical of the Bush administration. I have no more habeas corpus because of the Military Commissions Act if I am seen as a "terrorist". My phone calls are monitored by the NSA without a warrant regardless of what I talk about which is illegal. I am subject to monitoring by the FBI because I am a member of the ACLU and Libertarian Party and the MPP. My medical records can be viewed by the government without my consent and my library records can be viewed by them without consent or a warrant.

Worst of all, I can be sent to Gitmo for being a "terrorist" and have no legal council and no habeas corpus......and not even be charged with anything!!!

And you call Amerika the land of the free?
