I am from the suburbs (predominatly caucasian) and we call blunts "L's" too. I think something some people are forgeting is that popular jargon varies from loca tion to location, it doesn't mean one party is right or wrong. Words change from time to time, and get adopted into different cultures and langauges. Take the latin word sinister*. It meant left in latin, but we adopted the word into the english langauge and it doesn't mean left anymore. In summary what I am trying to say is that regardless of what "L" used to mean, it has adopted many different meanings based on culture.


For lip: Since you brought up chemistry earlier, I figured I would too! Only reason I even knew about the whole sinister thing is because of chiral centers in molecules (s configuration). Apparently this "sinister" configuration is still based on the old latin defination of left =D

im going to be different... and say.... its a Lung... were you tape the bread bag on the end of the 2 litter bottle, and basicaly make it a gravity bong, except you pull the bag out of the bottle, in stead of pulling it out of the water...

on that note, i hate lungs.. for some reason, the smoke that comes out of it tastes like pure ass to me... and i dont' really understand why, it's like it instantly goes stale, and we all know how nasty stale smoke is.... gravity bong doesn't do the same thing for me, only a lung..
