The "L" is for joints, it may have been used by some of you "Gangsta" kids as slang for blunts, but it's meant for joints.

well im from america and i would definately say the hip hop culture began the revolution of calling a blunt an L. why? for no damn reason at all

Here in Canada and L is a when you have two papers shaped like an L and you roll a cone. I smoked one last weekend, and it was kick ass.

Dude yer not from America so how would you know? L is slang for Blunt, that is a fact here in the states, I don't know where it came from or why it is, but that's the way it be. I am no "gangsta", I have lived in rougher neighborhoods in my life, which consiquently have a high number of minorities, that's where I learned it.

Basically in a non-pc way. The black dudes I used to smoke wit near my old, old house taught me it. It is a fact, black people love slang, and better yet love coming up with their own. I have heard random shit called some wild stuff before, and catch on in my old neighborhood.

lol dude, america is the last place you'd turn for people who know their shit when it comes to smoking... america is the pre-teen of countries.... we make no sense, do more completely idiotic things, and when it comes time for us to be proven wrong, get all butt hurt over it and want to start a war... there's no reason at all L would mean blunt, just none, just because you and some others know it as that, doesn't mean that was it's original meanning... the paper that has been shown already, is clearly an L shape... so tell US why it would be blunt over a style of JOINT rolling...
