I quit the cigs about a month ago. I'm 23 and I had been smoking since I was about 11 (the shame...). I've had a year or two in between that I've managed to quit but I'm convinced that this is it. Smoking cigarettes for more than half my life surely wasn't a good thing. I read Alan Carr's book 'easyway to stop smoking' and despite being a complete cynic about this kind of thing, I found that it helped a lot. I'm just trying to see it as a positive thing, which it is. I don't stink any more and I'm saving cash as well
