Sucks you started in the first place. See if one of those patches work . I don't know much about cigs and nicotine and I dunno if those patches work or not but try to just use marijuana as a substitute. I mean I don't see how that could fail. You're still smoking, still getting an effect. And the good thing is the marijuana lasts longer.
