does anyone else get depressed right after smoking?

Here's a little background on me: I usually smoke 3-4 times a week, and i definately enjoy being high. What i don't enjoy however, is the guilt that i get after said high. Yesterday school was cancelled because some kids slashed the tires on the school buses (fuck yes) so i decided it would be a good time to try the milk carton gravity bong that i had just made. Short story even shorter, i smoked a bowl of that and then a bowl out of my pipe about 45 minutes later. When i finished smoking it was about 8:30 am, and i had every intention of calling a friend and doing something. I honestly don't really remember much past that, i just know that i fell asleep around 1pm and woke up at around 4:30. I began to feel really depressed and guilty because i was planning to do something constructive that day, or socialize, or something, and all i ended up doing was getting high and eating. My guilt also was made worse when my mom got home and bitched at me for not studying or doing my chores all day. Does anyone else feel guilty for being high and not doing anything?

If you smoke 3-4 times a week, then you know how you get when you're high, which means you knew before even smoking that bong that you were gonna get fucked up and eat and then fall asleep. You blew your friend, and those chores off as soon as you decided to smoke. Just change your priorities.

You can avoid this by never doing anything constructive, ever. Then when you're high and you don't do anything constructive, you won't feel bad because you wouldn't have anyway.

i smoke about 6 times a week (normally at school tho). but when im at home i plan things i wanna do while im high. for example: ill plan a movie i wanna watch. or i normally put my music on and trip out for an hour or so. i dont like smoking and then sleeping straight after(seems kinda pointless to me).
