In a report stating that teen use is up on medicines (oxycontin, cough syrups and pharmecuticals), but teen use of Marijuana is actually down! the drug dick had this shit to spit:

"It's great to have one quarter fewer kids using drugs than there were in 2001," said Drug Czar John Walters of the White House Office on National Drug Control Policy. "But we're not going to let up. We're going to continue to focus on marijuana. It's down, but it's still high. It's still a place where a lot of young people get involved."
