I really didnt know where to put this issue. So i thought this would be a good place.


Look, i dont get what people have against people smoking weed. Like, if some people knew i smoked, theyd kill me. Like, Im not ashamed of smoking, i just wanna avoid drama and shit. Its stupid. Its like, you know, they think its bad cause their parents told them so.


Could it be that they are afraid to try something mind altering or just because they have done it before and dont like it?


I wish people were more open minded towards things like this.

I think it's called brainwashing. Since the 1930s (correct me if I'm wrong) the US government has been telling everybody that weed was forged by Lucifer himself (thanks to Groudskeeper Willy for that line ). I guess even if people initially didn't believe it, after almost 100 years of repetition, most of the population now believes it. I say most, however the movement to legalize/decriminalize marijuana is slowly gaining momentum, even among the more conservative types.

I'm positive that eventually, maybe not even in our lifetime, but at some point, the government will give in. It's just a matter of time.

right on flesh!!! drug crazy by mike gray is a great one to read, I feel that when the half of the country refuses to use critical thinking, ie. believing bush, swallowing everything the 6 oclock news says, not questioning anything, there are always 5-10 out of 35-40 person bio class, my wife biologist, who want to argue about what they know from the bible vs evolution. seperate church and state!!!

I get you what you mean Flesh about the brainwashing thing. They've also brainwashed people into thinking weed is a gateway drug. Weed isnt the gate way, you are the gate way (which has been brought up in here many a times I imagine). I hope the goverment does give in, i mean come on, a little weed never hurt anyone right?

Guitarman88, I share your thoughts and have done for many years, but it pisses you off when you get shit form someone you know for smoking weed, I know, theres nothing worse.

Just keep telling yourself that you know your better than all the shit that closed minded people put on you, its the only way i get through the day.

Its just another form of discrimination...
