ya man bird girl is right, work on your abs. it's the first thing a doc. will tell you when you have back pain.
The back muscles and the abdominal muscles work in opposition to control the spine. pound out 30-60 crunches a day for two weeks. you'll have a 6 pack and possibly no back problems
