Sweetie, did you have a broken rib or broken collar bone after that fall you took a long time ago? When you say "on the left on the inside of your breast," do you mean toward the center of your chest near the sternum (breastbone)? It makes me think you had a broken bone at one time that healed over and now causes that side of your rib cage to look different.

I'll be very glad when you go to the doctor to see about your lungs and chest pain. The more you tell me, the more I'm curious to know what's up. And yes, I agree and wish you'd had regular checkups when you were a kid, too. Every child needs those.

As far as the back pain, that spot you identified on your lower back where you put your hards does indeed sound like kidney or muscle pain. Increase your water intake and also work on strengthening your abdominal muscles to help strengthen those muscles that support your back. Sometimes when people are running in the wrong shoes--or running in shoes that don't have enough arch support--they get back pain, too.

When's that doctor's appointment? When you have it, tell him about the back pain, too, and make sure he checks you for a possible kidney infection/urinary tract infection. (He'll do that by asking for a urine sample. It'll be painless.)
