Yeah actually I have been doing more upper body exercises than with my lower back. and Yeag more water might be the thing, but I don't see how..I mean I'm high every day, but not all day. But the point of that is when I'm high I drink nothing but water. Regardless of what's going on it's always water for me so I think I'm getting enough. But aren't we suppose to drink like 8 glasses a day? If so I'll work on that . I usually drink like 2 1 pint water bottles everyday
