Running is high-impact cardio, so it's a possibility your knees and back can start hurting. You are starting to get in shape right? Have you done any strength training (eg. lifting weight?) It could be from being top heavy, without doing much for your back.

Do some lower-back exercises. It's the most overlooked part of the body to exercise, but I think it's one of the most important. It's great for your posture.

I don't know what parts are down there, I never have been too informed on anything but the heart and lungs and I'm not that much of a medical person but it's really annoying. I'm still waiting on my mom for the doctors visit but until that time I'm trying to find out what it is from maybe people who possibly know. It doesn't seem like something that Rating: 5
