My lower back
Well lately when I'm running or jogging or doing something similar to that my lower back for some reason hurts on both far left and right sides. I don't know what parts are down there, I never have been too informed on anything but the heart and lungs and I'm not that much of a medical person but it's really annoying. I'm still waiting on my mom for the doctors visit but until that time I'm trying to find out what it is from maybe people who possibly know. It doesn't seem like something that hard to picture so I was thinking maybe I could get some possibilities because it's so annoying when I try to run.

Running is high-impact cardio, so it's a possibility your knees and back can start hurting. You are starting to get in shape right? Have you done any strength training (eg. lifting weight?) It could be from being top heavy, without doing much for your back.
Do some lower-back exercises. It's the most overlooked part of the body to exercise, but I think it's one of the most important. It's great for your posture.Happiness only real when shared

Yeah actually I have been doing more upper body exercises than with my lower back. and Yeag more water might be the thing, but I don't see how..I mean I'm high every day, but not all day. But the point of that is when I'm high I drink nothing but water. Regardless of what's going on it's always water for me so I think I'm getting enough. But aren't we suppose to drink like 8 glasses a day? If so I'll work on that
. I usually drink like 2 1 pint water bottles everyday

Where exactly does it hurt? You said lower back on the far left and right sides. But I'm still trying to figure out the spot. Wish we had a chart we could draw on . . .
I wondered about simple back pain or kidney pain, too. I get lower back pain when I run too hard or too long. Stretching out and warming up beforehand help a lot. Sometimes also, people doing cardio exercise get a "stitch" in their sides. That's usually up higher--like along the bottom of the lungs in front or on the sides. That happens when the abdominal oblique and diaphraghm-supporting muscles cramp up, and "stitch pain" will ease if you slow down your exercise pace, put your arms over your head to stretch those muscles, and breathe deeply a few times to take in more oxygen. Try that just in case that's what's happening. I know from experience that running's definitely hard on the back, and sometimes your posture while running can make that worse. The best way to strengthen your back is to strengthen your abdominal muscles, so try adding some stomach crunches to your routine and see if that helps ease the back pains, too.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

Maybe you're just getting OLD like me!! lol
My back is in CONSTANT pain, but I know that is from numerous car accidents when I was younger, and over-exerting myself sometimes at work. It sucks, and it seems to come with age, but I always got the impression you were under 25, Orangeman. If it continues, go see an Orthapedist. Back pain SUCKS!!

Lol thanks Birdgirl, you always give me confidence. One of the reasons I'm convince I don't have lung cancer and that's why I'm going to get it check out. I mean I am still not 100% convinced there is nothing wrong with my lungs, I know it's either a inflammation, bronchitis or something like that. As for the pain in the center of my chest it hasn't seemed to get worse, in fact it's just the same but doesn't bother me as much if at all. In a way I think that pain in my chest is because of my ribs. As I said before I fell down hard on my side in some sand when I was very young and I think my rib cage is damaged. There is like something sticking out the left side of my chest right on the inside of my breast. It's not anything you'd worry about but I know it's not normal because the one on my right doesn't even show. Also when I do push-ups without my shirt on I notice my right breast seems to stick out more than my left. Man sometimes I wish I would have gotten regular check-ups to the doctor every since my early youth, I have too many concerns
. And yeah, pain is on both sides of my back. Like right in the area where you'd place your hands on your hips. Right in the back of both left and right areas on my back, I hope I'm not confusing

Sweetie, did you have a broken rib or broken collar bone after that fall you took a long time ago? When you say "on the left on the inside of your breast," do you mean toward the center of your chest near the sternum (breastbone)? It makes me think you had a broken bone at one time that healed over and now causes that side of your rib cage to look different.
I'll be very glad when you go to the doctor to see about your lungs and chest pain. The more you tell me, the more I'm curious to know what's up. And yes, I agree and wish you'd had regular checkups when you were a kid, too. Every child needs those.
As far as the back pain, that spot you identified on your lower back where you put your hards does indeed sound like kidney or muscle pain. Increase your water intake and also work on strengthening your abdominal muscles to help strengthen those muscles that support your back. Sometimes when people are running in the wrong shoes--or running in shoes that don't have enough arch support--they get back pain, too.
When's that doctor's appointment? When you have it, tell him about the back pain, too, and make sure he checks you for a possible kidney infection/urinary tract infection. (He'll do that by asking for a urine sample. It'll be painless.)\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

I don't know exactly when I'm going. I told my mom I wanted to go soon but I think I discouraged her to get it appointed as quick as she was when I told her if they try to run any blood tests that I wouldn't let them
. I dunno, I've had shots but I never had a needle stick into one my veins in that part of my arm and to take out blood. Just ughghghg. I think I'd faint in the chair. I'm sorry I get skirmish when I see real blood. Movie violence and games are alright though
....well maybe blood doesn't make me weak or w/e but the thought of a needle sucking it out my vein makes me weak..
