    ya man bird girl is right, work on your abs. it's the first thing a doc. will tell you when you have back pain.

    The back muscles and the abdominal muscles work in opposition to control the spine. pound out 30-60 crunches a day for two weeks. you'll have a 6 pack and possibly no back problems
    harris7 Reviewed by harris7 on . My lower back Well lately when I'm running or jogging or doing something similar to that my lower back for some reason hurts on both far left and right sides. I don't know what parts are down there, I never have been too informed on anything but the heart and lungs and I'm not that much of a medical person but it's really annoying. I'm still waiting on my mom for the doctors visit but until that time I'm trying to find out what it is from maybe people who possibly know. It doesn't seem like something that Rating: 5
