Medicine?

I've known that I have "OCD", anxiety disorder, and depression for a while now, but now I have to start taking medicine everyday, ad if it wasn't bad enough. I have taken medicine for depression before but I got worse so I stopped taking it, but never for OCD. Does anyone else have to take meds for anything related?

Sometimes the same meds they prescribe for OCD are a type of SSRI antidepressant, Socks, and folks only have to take one type of drug. Are you working with a doc who knows about both conditions and is going to try to treat them both? Are you worried about taking two different meds? For some people a combination of pills works best, and for others, a single pill can help with both types of symptoms. (I have a sister who takes two meds for similar stuff, depression and compulsive behavior) I'm not sure I fully comprehend what you're feeling concerned about, whether it's the med side effects, the depression, the OCD, or the potential problem of taking too many pills. I'd be interested in hearing more . . . .
