There's alot of controversy over these things. Personally, if you want to advoid smell, it's the best thing. Aside from eating of course. I deffinately prefer smoking though. You still get pretty stoned, but theres nothing like hitting a long thin J, or taking a few bong rips.

It leaves like no smell either. Heres a pic, it looks white in the pic but its actually clear i used the salt water to get all the white shit out. Rating: 5
