I'm probably a boderline alcoholic, but I'm okay with that. I'd say 15 beers (or 8-9 imports like Newq's) is my ideal state of inebriation, and any more after that is risking it coming back up. If it's liquor, like whiskey (which is the only hard stuff I drink), probably somewhere around a little over half the 5th, be it shots or 7-in-7's.

The last couple times I've been completely smashed are when we go to shows at little bars, and things just get rowdy. SUCH a good time. ~

I guess the only thing that worries me is that my tolerance seemed to be high at birth, but I'm still completely in control. Luckily I got to watch someone make mistake after mistake for years, so I feel I know my own limits, and when to take a night/nights off from drinking.

Oh man a couple years back I'd drink my ass off to get shitfaced all the time, then I just got bored and I put aside the booze for some time and got myself reaquainted with my mary jane. I won't ever drink as savagely like I used to(?), its just not right. I get drunk from time to time because its fun to get synergized and not have a clue wtf is going on.

well half a fith of anything around 35% will get me pretty wasted...like to the point where ....everythings spinning but not to the point where u just want it all to stop...

i been drinking a lot lately so about 6-7 beers would get me feelin equivalent to the half fifth.....maybe a little less drunk than that i donno...

once i drank a half bottle of everclear in one night...i got alcohol poisoning....it fucking sucked and im never drinkin that shit again lol...

OK, I'll try not to. Just so you're aware of your limits. And reassure me that if it ever does begin causing problems for you or others, you'll go and take Step 1 before it gets to be a horrible family-destroying situation like your dad's.

i don't drink beer, it just doesn't taste good to me. Hard Lq is different vodka mixed with just about anything i'll drink almost a whole handle of absolute. I love captain morgan and coke, tastes so good. wont touch wisky or gin, i had a couple of bad nights with them.

i also put like 2 shots in each drink so keep that in mind.
vodka mixed-4-6 drinks
vodka shots 6-10 mabey, i don't like shots.
rum-7-8 BIG drinks
rum shots- none, wont shoot rum, makes me puke.

usualy i split a big bottle of captain's and i buy a small bottle of peppermint shnapps. Keep the shnapps in the freezer and take shots of that. 4 mixers and 4or 5 shots later and i'm good. add some weed, and i'm all set :jointsmile:

my family history is nothing but alcoholics with really high tolerances and i can barely drink. i honestly cannot get really durnk without puking. after about ten beers im drunk but have seen people a lot worse, but then if i have that many more ill puke before i can get hammered. and obviously with shots its worse the line is very fine there. can be a lot of fun though
