this isn't even a poll, this a written 'assignment'.... how much alcohol (beer or liqour, please specify) does it take you to get to the point you want to be, and what is this point? buzzed, slightly drunk, completely drunk or just fucking wasted all together?

none of you may realize it, but pretty much any thread i make, is to get to know you all better.... as alcohol is one of the only legal alternatives that work like it's supposed to, i wonder [especially among the cannabis community] how people feel about it... and what they think on it.... so, go ahead tell me your thoughts on THIS subject (i swear this is the last one lol)

It depends, but since I haven't drank much in the past year my tolerance is really low. I would say after 2-3 white russians I would be feeling nice and buzzed. Around 4-5 would be as drunk I would want to be. I see nothing wrong with drinking as long as the person doing it isn't harming anyone. Some one could pass out drunk every night for all I care, so long as they don't harm anyone physically or emotionally. Unfortunately both tend to happen sometimes with that drug.

hard liquor (around 45%)- buzz after a shot, tipsy after 2, drunk after 4-5
75%-ish liquor - tipsy after about 2 shots, and drunk after 3-4

i like gettin drunk. but not to the point of puking. the above info goes to get me drunk and where i wanna be, not puking.

im a guy lol, i just dont drink much so when i do it fucks me up. i bet i could drink about 7-8 shots until i puke but i usually dont go that far. about 5 shots does me good and keeps me fairly drunk, but not to the point where everything is spinning lol.

actually, i'd rather no feminizing in my thread (4 tiems i've used that smiley in 10 mins.... lmao...) seriously tho, i used to have a very low tollerance to alcohol too, give me 2-3 shots of liqour, or a 40 and i'd be so drunk the room would be spinning and i'd nearly be puking (or puking...) and belieive me, i'm the farthest thing from a 'pussy' that you'd ever know, i've actually out drank people who've had way more practice and way more experience with it all... it's just with some, they have some super low tollerance... i just wish i could trade it for weed... damn could you just imagine if one hit got you stoned for 3 hours? you'd be one lucky son of a bitch... i actually envy light-weights... isn't anything to really feel good about having a high tollerance, as you're only spending more money to get to the same point.... mostly this post is made as a joke... it's all in humor/fun... so don't take it like i'm saying "fuck you don't insult people who classify as light weights...."

I was going to say that I didn't mean my post as a bad thing necessarily though it might have came off like that. Anyway, I totally agree about the money thing...that's why I wanted to switch tolerances..not to be an ass..but to save money and time LOL. It SUCKS to have a high tolerance.

I like to have a glass of wine with dinner or Champagne god I love champagne but it only takes 2 glasses and I'm buzzed. I like a frozen Margarita with mexican food but I pretty much stay away from alchohol because it is so hard on my body. I always feel dehydrated and have a head ache it doesn't mix well with the meds I have to take.

Weed is best. It controls pain and doesn't make you sick to your stomach for me weed will always be king.

im content after three beers, a little sloppy after four, and drunk after six. i usually stop after three and a half or less beers.
