Crazy little plants - need HELP!!!!

I am a first time grower. I'm not growing to try to create a super dank plant, I just wanna have a little bud I can say I grew myself, even if its not the best. The problem is, these plants are about a week and a half old, and they are really tall and havent sprouted any branches. For light, they get sunlight through the window and flouresent ceiling lights. They have good soil with plenty of nutrients recommended by online growing guides. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

they need more light m8,you should get yourself some flouros and put them about 2"-3" above the plants to stop them stretching.

ya fluros are the best my plants had to stretch cuz the fluros kept breaking so i had to use a light tha ti couldnt put close enough or it would burn them

it looks like your light is too far away, try starting your plants 2 inches away from a flouro
