from a non medical stand point, you have a very good internal clock... some alot of people are like that, doesn't matter what they do, they will always wake up about the same times.... and not much you can really do about it, excempt maybe take a strong sedative... maybe that will keep you out past then..
slipknotpsycho Reviewed by slipknotpsycho on . hey birdgirl hey birdgirl you seem to have answers to alot of questions LOL, but anyway i was wonderin if you might be able to help me out. everynight i go to sleep, and it doesnt matter how well im sleeping, i always wake up between 4 30 and 6 and cant go back to bed. this happens very consistently, even on weekends, even when i go to bed stoned. it really pisses me off. so i was just wonderin if you would have any idea what this is/causing it and if you had some advice on what to do about it. if not no Rating: 5
