I feel your pain! I am going through exactly the same thing with my job. I agree with you that it is an invasion of privacy and my personal smoking does not interfere with my job since I do not show up to work stoned.

I plan on quitting for a while and just drinking a lot to flush out my system. I thought about getting the synthetic urine but I'm afraid I won't have time to warm it. I seriously do not understand the "random" part of it. Can they just come over to you and demand you pee in a cup?
