If go to post reply (not quick reply) and scrol down to manage attachment's click on that then click on browse find the pic from your computer select it and then click on upload then it should work.

when you post just scroll down to additional options and click on the manage attatchments... you can browse for pics from there. Someone told me how on another post, and even gave pictures on what it looked like. Its the post "anyone have tatoos". Hope that helps
