Mexicanhomeboy, basically everything you said was wrong. There is a time limit to how far they can go back, it isn't that expensive any more, there are ways to beat it although they are not 100%, and shaving your head is not one of the ways to beat it. Shaving your head will result in one of three things:

1) Using body hair other than eyebrows
2) Using fingernail samples
3) Failure do to refusal to submit sample.
