Don't forget the dish soap. You should always add dish soap to your neem oil/water mix. It prevents beading (on the leaves) and also makes the oil mix with water better since its an emulsifier. But yah, I'm sure you'll be fine using it a day later. I always hated that about neem, having to use it all right away.
