Also when the fast lane is moving a little slow, but still faster than the slow lane and some jackass thinks he will just swing into the slowlane for a sec and get in front of what ever car is slowing things down. I love it when that happens to those road hogs. I was watching comice view and this guy said everyone license plate number should be there cell number so you can call them and let them know how they cut you off or dim your light, turn off your signal light and so on. That is a good idea at first but can you imagine how many harassing phone calls some people would get. I think it would still be funny.
