So I have a friend I've known since high school but he's the biggest loser in the world. The only reason he is in this country is because he was chain smoking from the weed fields in Bhutan everyday since he was 14 (you can imagine what that did to the development of his brain) and his father decided he would be tamed if he was sent to his relatives house in America. His mother died when he was young and his father is just too busy for him. Now my friend is in America.

Of course he met me in high school and I would smoke him out a lot.
Now I'm in college but now I have goals. I want to pursue a film career.
He just wants to smoke weed till death.
I seriously believe he's better off in a Chinese dungeon's opium den for eternity where naked chinese slaves do nothing but feed victims opium all day.
Well that, except weed. Not opium.

He used to be a fun guy, but now he treats me like a drug dealer. He only calls me so I can call my dealer for him and that's it. But he does smoke with me every weekend, but that's a MAJOR problem too, because that's ALL we ever do now. I have way too many responsibilities. He doesn't even go to college because he just finished getting his GED after failing to get it on his first try, after getting kicked outta high school for smoking too much and spending everyday sleeping in the cafeteria cause he was so burnt out, after repeating junior year, after coming to America. In that exact order.

Another thing, he knows that my parents leave to another state EVERY weekend, so he uses my house as a safe house to smoke. There was NEVER a time in life when he came over to say hi and see how i was doing. When I talk to him about that, he would come over to say hi and treat me like a friend.. but then he'll make me get weed for him like he thinks he deserves it or something.

So I want to stop smoking every weekend to get my life in order. He got a job for the first time in his life and I'm proud of him, but now that means he can afford to smoke forever.
He is too afraid to find his own dealers even when I tell him how.
I cannot share my main dealer because he doesn't want any more customers (he's also afraid of my friend because of his major addiction and he would just call my dealer ALL the damn time).
The guy is like a parasite!
He's 21 years old but his intelligence is that of a 15 yr old.
Seriously as if smoking has put his brain in a frozen time capsule.

It's been at the point where he would call me to get weed for his friends and cousins and then he'll just go home and smoke it alone or give it to who he got it for. Smoke me out or not, I really don't want to be a drug dealer. It hurts me everytime I have to go out and give him weed. He really thinks it's nothing at all. His way of thinking is: if I don't weed, then he (me) or the dealer are worthless people.

During times when the dealer just cannot make it for very understanding reasons (wife died or something), all he can say to that is "man wtf is wrong with that (n word) man.."

That's exactly his way of thinking, he NEVER stops to think why he couldn't get weed, he doesn't think about how the dealer got in a car accident or something, instead he'll think "man what a worthless guy.. how do I get my weed now?"

Jesus, you could seriously make a documentary on this kid.
He is the new born Tommy Chong but I seriously think he's worse. Cheech and Chong is his only favorite movie too.
He talks exactly like him because his voice is very slow and dumb from smoking too much. If I made a cartoon character, I would pay that kid to do the voice work.
His lips are so dry (shit lip) that they always stick and look deformed.
He stutters all the time because his brain is too slow to make complete sentences. "w-w-w-w-(twitches face)-w-what are you talking about?"
EVERYTIME he asks if I have weed or to call my dealer or anything that has to do with weed, it's like his addiction acts up and makes him stutter like crazy which is ALWAYS linked to REPEATING himself. ALLLLLLWAYS LINKED to this really addicted look on his face like a little orphan boy hoping he got a Christmas present.
"D-d-d-do you have some? d-do you have some?"
and
"Yeee--y--yo, can you call him? c-can you call him?"

This kid scares me everytime he does that (like every week) so much I was almost convinced my weed was laced with heroin but it's really not.

All he wants is more and more drugs to keep him complete. He doesn't even have to do anything, he just needs to smoke, and sit down and stare at a wall and let time fly and he's happy. He'll literally just sit there with this really burnt out retarded look on his face and next week he goes crazy when he doesn't get his fix.


This guy because he's been chain smoking all his life has no education whatsoever. He doesn't want to learn anything.
Literally, at most what he knows about Hitler, is some guy who tried to take over Poland.
One time when he was spending 7 hours in my dorm waiting for my dealer to be available (im serious), I spent the whole time teaching him history and art. Hurray, he now knows my people actually has a country (Israel).
He one time said "lol.. all i know about jewish people is that they eat chicken, wear funny hats, drink grape juice on friday and smoke weed"
When I first met him, I actually spent time going online looking up his country because I never heard of Bhutan before and it fascinates me.

How can this kid think he is not addicted when everytime I refuse to give him weed, he goes:
"Cmon man I really need it today. I really need to smoke today. I haven't smoked in so long ". (only a week)
even during times when I tell him I'll get him it the next day or something he goes crazy and tells me how much he really needs it on the same day and begs forever until I give up.
Yesterday on MSN, we went through the same crap.
I tell him to calm down. it's a really bad day to do it anyway cause I'm trying to enjoy my Hannukah dinner with my family that was about to be ready in minutes.
But then he says "c-mon man ill give you a treat and a crismix present"
For any other Jews out there, you can tell how annoying it must be to hear him say that, let alone not even know how to spell the biggest Christian worldwide holiday.
Finally he goes mad and curses me out with bigotted slurs, calling my people rich, selfish and greedy, etc.

That's it, screw hooking him up. I just can't be his friend anymore. He has a drug problem and it's affecting my life greatly. I'm only stooping to his level. I can't stand it anymore. I just want to make movies.

This one time I was in an elevator at school completely packed with people, and my phone rings (he knows I'm in school for sure cause I gave him my schedule just so he knows when to not bother me) and like an idiot I pick it up without looking at the name and my phone's volume is through the roof, and all you can hear in this completely crackhead Asian/Indian Tommy Chong voice is:
"y-y-y-y-o man, i really need it today man, i really need it man. go get me weed today maaan, i have to smoke man"
I convinced the entire group in the elevator I was a drug dealer. I never felt so ashamed in my life. I can't even look at their face the same way whenever I bump into them and they give me a look.

He calls me all the time every damn week while I am in class, and leaves drug related messages on my phone. I soon began to realize that I was no longer a friend, but his only connection for drugs.. I am a drug dealer now and it hurts.
I cannot see him anymore. I am better off having no friends at all. I looked at him when he was high one day and saw that retarded burnt out face and said to myself "Is this where I'm going to be in 10 years?"

I am going to return to film making and brazilian jiu jitsu.

Why don't you introduce him to your dealer?

It hurts being used for drugs, it happened to all of us. You yourself have to grow more distance from the drugs, just get drugs for yourself, perhaps hook only friends that you actually hang out with and have other common interests. You don't want to become branded with becoming the pointman when it comes everything drugs. That's when everything starts to suck.

Yea, I've made this thread like 3 times before but never submitted it cause I knew I'd just get obvious answers: 'just make new friends, cut him off, etc" but I guess after being called a dirty jew i lost it and went all out on this thread.
Rather than looking for an answer cause the answer is way too easy, I'm just expressing myself instead. is that so bad?
I am not looking for an answer, I'm just pissed off and expressing it here on the forum. This is the only place I know where I can talk about such an embarrassing problem. No, I don't have a therapist either.
please dont boot me/delete this thread, its bad enough i worked hard on the last thread only to be deleted in minutes without enough people checking it out which is why i bothered to make a new and improved one.

Of course I told him I am angry and all. We have the same argument like every week.
But he doesn't care at all. He just says

1] you can realize that this person is dependant on you and you can manipulate them into doing things for your benefit [if your smart]

2] learn to shake em off and remove them from your life.

I see no reasons this thread will be booted,,, it is on topic... You obviously feel for this dude but,,,you can't change him... lay down the law and stick to it,,, hope he comes around to a diff point of view...
