I gutted my old PS and put the ballast, cap and ignitor in .... it is an old light btw .... bought it back in the 80's
It works fine .... I just have to figure out a way to keep it quite ....humming noise ..... and a way to mount it.

Well I didn't know how to hook it up and there were no instructions so I left it on the back burner for a few years. Last month I got a gig with some electricans and one of them showed me how to hook up the light. The problem .... the old container with the ballast is too small for the new ballast and the cap. and starter. The new ballast will fit, but not the other stuff. The electricans made it Rating: 5
