Well, an update to the review...

Apparently the email to which I got an autoresponse DID in fact get checked by a human, Doc, who is in the process of setting things straight with the mailing vs. billing addy snafu and sending some SQ F2s by way of apology.

So I am going to give a thumbs up for customer service... after all, they DO already have my money and could just as well say, meh, we sent 2 packs freebies.
