Set your alarm for about three hours after you plan to crash. Leave a 2 liter bottle of water next to your crash spot. When the alarm goes off, turn it off (obviously), and drink water until you feel your stomach filling up. Trust me, you will be very thirsty at this point (if you're anything like me anyway).

After that, crash, wake up, piss, and enjoy a floaty happy non-hashed-over morning! Works for me.
