Only major difference is control. Originally, GameSpot said that the Wii-Mote was easier to deliver the spin-attack with. This was a goof, because they thought the only way to unleash it in the GC version was to hold down B. However, like in other LoZ games, a simple spin of the analog stick and a press of a button makes you twirl like a sharp ballerina.
