You are right but there are many people here that do not live in the United States. Places like the UK, Switzerland, and many other places do not have the strict laws that the DEA has. Number one: get someone else to order them for you with credit card. E.G. Your granmothers credit card..whatever....plus you can still go in and pay cash at Western Union. The credit card option is there for those that want to use it.

Regardless of Cash or Credit Card we stil pay the cost of using Western Union...plus it is alot faster then money orders through the mail!
