young people on this site
PurpleBanana, you're only 19? I never knew that--and would not have guessed that by a long shot. I knew I loved you, but the fact that your ambition is to be an English professor just cements that impression. (I'm the daughter of two English professors.)
PurpleBanana, like Orangeman and Billionfold and many of our other younger members, proves that it's not chronological age that determines maturity and sensibility. It's maturity and sensibility. We have a whole lot of younger members on these boards that I'm proud to count as my friends. And who I'd replace some of my older in-person friends with in a heartbeat if given the chance. I was not nearly as smart or level-headed as you guys are when I was your age. Now that I think about, I don't think I am now, either.birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on . young people on this site i know at 42 im an old man to a lot of you,but i think its nice to see alot of sencible mature youngsters on this site, respect to u guys:clap: Rating: 5\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
