Yes birdgirl I think there is better treatment for PTSD but heres the problem. When you are a young soldier that works and PLAYS everyday WITH the medical personel it is harder to speak up when things start to get to you.

When my sons friend hung himself and his CO overdosed all in less then 2 weeks he called saying how down and helpless he felt. I told him to please go talk to someone but he said Mom, I have to work with those girls, I go to dinner with them and I don't want an ODPMC on my record. SO there is still a stigma attached to ANYONE that asks for help and sadly I think it is even harder for nurses and doctors to ask for help.

Once again daima I agree with you. War is a business one only has to follow the arms sales of the last 40 years to see who is to blame. It is sickening, I think if they made it manditory for all senators children to enlist they'd think twice before sending OUR kids to war.
