What do you do when you are running out .... ?

So what do you do when you're running out of weed? Like when you're down to you last few splifs worth?

Never happened yet... When I get close to half an O I buy more... Lets me be a lot more picky with my dealers and cuts down on the BS I put up with cause I'm never desperate.
