MY STORY (diluted test)
So-called "7 day cleansers" and all other detox drinks work on the principle of dilution - because water is consumed with the product as instructed by the maker. As I stated before, all youre doing is merely diluting your THC concentration so the sample registers below the test cutoff limit. About the only effect those drinks have is providing color. Those overpriced magic drinks DO NOT remove or dissolve THC metabolites, as the makers lead you to believe. Its the water and vitamin content of the magic drink that does the whole trick. You could duplicate the same actions and save a ton of money by following the Dilution Guidelines posted on this forumI dont know, before i would have agreed 100%. But i tried one of those 7 day cleansers after about 3 years of avg. daily smoking, and i was clean after 25 days abstained. Im 210 and 5'8 so, thick but not a fat ass. I spent over $100 and i am convinced it works. And you should know that even when THC is being excreted via the stool, that will still not stop the kidneys from filtering THCA from the bloodstream and depositing into the bladder for the eventual exit.It makes you excrete burning hot fesces, and we should know that more thc metabolites are actually expelled in solid waste rather than urine. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

You would have gotten the same effect for much cheaper with a bottle of Metamucil. Although I am not sure what the split is between urine elimination and fecal elimination, there is some research that shows soluble fiber can help a little with helping your body eliminate THC. This is done in two ways, binding to bile that often contains THC and helping to bind to the THC in feces and moving it out more quickly so that the THC cannot be reabsorbed by the body. Like I said though, you could save money with a bottle of Metamucil. Some of those detox drinks contain fiber or vegetable laxatives or both. Metamucil has soluble fiber which is quite effective in bind to bile and is also a gentle laxative so that you don't get FHS unless you are really backed up.

Aerobic exercise is still the most effective method of helping your body eliminate THC metabolites faster but fiber can help a little.

MY STORY (diluted test)
Chris, thanks for engaing in a mature discussion. So many people want to just say "well this works so screw you" or "I know this guy that did this and passed so it worked so screw you" or something to that effect but you seem willing to discuss this somewhat. Which Lipton tea is it exactly? Antioxidants are great for your body but I have never seen solid scientific studies showing that they help with THC elimination. The FDA really has strict guidelines when it comes to prescription and OTC drugs but are very lax on herbal supplements and their claims. I am wondering if Litpon tea has some trace amounts of antioxidant vitamins such as Vitamins E and C and then they can just slap that on their label. Doesit actually say what the antioxidants are?

If I were to grow cannabis, I would only do so to supply myself and my close friends. Doing this would take myself and my friends out of harms way by knowing the source of our cannabis, as well as take hundreds of thousands of dollars off the black market annually. It would also lower the demand of black market cannabis, and would ultimately help keep cannabis out of the hands of minors.[/SIZE]

Honestly FBR, I have no idea. I will look it up over the weekend and give you a good report on it.
Apparently from what I cna gather, they just kinda clean your system.
Sort of like internal soap. It seems to work decently though, I came up clean on my test, and my piss wasn't clear, it was yellow tinged. Uusually diluted piss is just clear water right?

Burning hot waste? That sounds painful, and my bathroom trips have been pretty much routine and painless while drinking them.
They aren't even really cleansers. I think the antioxidants just have a convenient side effect of helping to clean your system.
