ive been so shitty lately about food and not excersizing but now that im back at home i havent been busy at all so ive been workin out a lot more and when i work out i dont really feel like eating much anyways.. plus after about a week when you start to feel those improvements like you're falling back into shape again (as in endurance not physical shape) the highs start to get sooo much cleaner and you get much less burnt out.. plus you just feel more productive in life and not like a bum sittin around smoking and eating junk food

I try and run a couple of times a week and that seems to work but I'm also tryin to eat healthier too which is like impossible when you've got the munchies all the time. Anybody also play any sports?
