I try and run a couple of times a week and that seems to work but I'm also tryin to eat healthier too which is like impossible when you've got the munchies all the time. Anybody also play any sports? I hit the gym a few times a week and grapple/MT a few times a week and my diet is better than it used to be.

I don't excersice that much or not as much as I need to. I eat pretty well, I just need to burn some fat. Used to play sports in HS, but not many sports for guys in thier mid twenties (unless you're on a church softball team,,I don't go to church). I thought about joining up with the florida amature wrestling bunch but didn't find any close teams around to practice with. Oh well for now, I bike around the neighborhood and swim when its warm and lift weights when I'm not feeling lazy.
