I think the cardiovascular exercise would be beneficial. Exercise helps improve your cardiovascular fitness, beneficially exercises the heart and lungs, improve your vital (lung) capacity, keep your lungs clear, and helps keep your veins and arteries in good shape. It just does tremendous things for both your body and psyche. Even as a cananbis smoker, it'd still be beneficial, I'm sure. But you're right that you likely won't find any research on this. Unless someone's researching it in another country, that is. There likely aren't research studies being done on the specific cannabis-exercise combination, at least not in America. But we do know that cardiovascular exercise has lots of benefits.

Every time I try to do a search for something I honestly keep forgetting most of the replies with certain situations and activities and smokers refer to "cigarette" or "tobacco" smokers. So I can't really find any accurate information so I'm gonna ask here. If I jog or run daily could it help keep my lungs healthy even being a cannabis smoker?
