I started drinking a lot of Cranberry juice as well, and have a sauna in my house which I plan to use now. So I have a couple questions;

1) If I stay clean does anyone think I will be able to pass after 30 days of not smoking?
2) Is there anything I can do to 'hurry' the proccess of detox?

My main dilema is I have to give my current job notice on the 1st, but if I fail the UA at my new job I'll be out 2 jobs at that point. Should I even try?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I think you have a lower than average chance of passing after 30 days being a daily smoker of 15 years. Why, because you are 6'1" and 250 pounds. Unless you are packed with muscle you are overweight and overweight people take longer to get clean. A lot of kids who have nothing to lose are going to post that the max time to get clean is 30 days but if you search the forum you will find people who were still dirty after 30 days. I am not overweight and it took me over 30 days to get clean once. One of my ex-girlfriends was 5'8" and 125 pounds and it took her over 60 days to get clean once. I have two friend who were both average weight and it took both of them about 55 days to get clean once. Trust me on this it can easily take longer than 30 days and your risk factor is THC metabolites are fat soluble so it will take you longer to get clean than most skinny people.

Cranberry juice, sauna, and drinking lots of water for days on end will not help you. Aerobic exercise can help and soluble fiber can help a little. Drinking a lot of fluid on the day of the test is another story, that is dilution. Other than that, time is the only thing that helps. Either get home drug tests and use the first void of the day and wait 2 weeks after your negative to schedule the test, or sub.
