I'm curious about this also. I was never real convinced with the whole "ABSOLUTELY NO LIGHT during flowering" rule either. If you look, you will notice that none of the flowering rooms in my thread are 100 % light proof. I also have opened them to look one at least one or two occasions.

This does not mean they can't get stressed that. I DO believe that if you have too much high intensity light on them for an extended period of time during flower, you will have severe problems...and a plant with an identity crisis.

The theory you have is interesting, though. I've heard about planting during a full moon, etc, so maybe you're onto something.

I'd like to hear what some others have to say about it.
