I would wait for 7-10 days before flowering that plant, that seems to be enough. But that is with soil in my experience, and they say hydro is faster for grow time, so I think a week is good.

I have finally had sucess with clones myself and I think that I want to make some Feminized seeds with one of them, it is a very robust plant, and some great smoke too I think it's skunk#1 and blueberry, but not positive. but that is a whole other story...
