Dizziness After Smoking?

I haven't smoked all that much, but every time I do I get this dizzy feeling and then I blow chunks . I also feel like I'm losing control... it kinda sucks.

Anyways, is this normal in the beginning?

I used to get that sometimes...not every time, but like first 4 times or so i smoked i threw up. I think they call it "greening out". Pretty normal I'd say.

how much are you smoking, and out of what? that sounds really, really close to how most feel after smoking their first cigarette... i don't ever recall getting lightheaded, but you can smoke so much it becomes to intense for you to handle and you can get nauseated... happens mostly with noobs (lol, not meant in a deragatory way, just to clear that up)

are you swallowing any of the smoke (burping any up after your hits) if so, that could be a major factor in it...

edit: it's normal in the fact that it happens to alot of people, but it's not normal in the fact that it's not supposed to just cause this when you smoke, there's something that's causing it... either smoking too much, or smoking it with tobacco (this one is really bad on noobs who don't smoke cigs..) swallowing the smoke, ect ect.

never puked before. and im smoking this girl out for her first time, do you think she'll puke? she's colombian, so it's in her blood XD.

I get a little dizzy when the high kicks in. Then most of the time i feel like im spinning like on an amusement park ride. First front to back, then maybe 10 - 15 minutes later, side to side. Never threw up though, it was nice.
