you need to make a list of the things that are bothering you in your life. what do you want to be? why aren't you there? if your depressed, it's usually because there is something that is supposed to be in your life taht isn't. sit down and try to understand wahts eating at you, then set about to change it. unless you want to spend the rest of your life stoned and sad. I was this way a feew years ago and found my ttrue calling in life. music. I now know that i want to be a recording engineer and play music with my friends. (money or not, i'll be happy). find what makes you happy and embrace it entirely whether its a person, a hobby, etc... you can get through it man but its gonna take some effort on your part. the biggest thing to remember is that healing takes time and you can't expect results from no effort. baby steps my friend. you will get there.
