okay you have an apple right? now get a pen (preferably a simple bic with no shit comin off of it like a clip or something like that) make a hole about halfway into the apple from the top. now take your bic pen and make a hole in the side that cuts all the way through the apple and meets the hole from the top in the core of the apple. pack your weed in the top of the apple and light it, inhaling through one of the middle holes and using the mouthpiece and the other as the carb

mccintosh apples work the best because of their shape but any apple at all will work


dont use aluminum foil its real shitty for your lungs and for your brain so stay away from that shit if you can. if worst comes to worst i used it exclusively for 2 years and im fine but durin that time i seriously had bad bad bad memory problems. like a lot worse than a normal pothead mind cause i smoke more now and my memory really gives me no problems.
