I was in spain a couple of years ago. I smoked 3 huge spliffs in broad daylight in the gardens of the royal palace in Madrid. Didnt even see a cop.

done that too. but herb is well tolerated there. i smoked in a few cafe's without any disturbance but my own paranoia
