Yah man, I used the warm white (2700 or 3700k) bulbs for vegging. I was going to use the cool white (6700k) but i couldn't find many of them. I wasn't sure if it would work since everyone always says "cool white for veg, warm white for flower" but my plants are proof warm white works just fine. They didn't even stretch one bit. So yes, the warm white CFLs are 100% fine for vegetative growth
